Adorján Korényi is Head of Engineered Systems at Nokia, where he leads teams working on complex telecom systems and large-scale integrations. Over the past 25 years, he has worked closely with engineers in high-pressure environments from critical production issues to leadership decisions that had no clear “right answer.” What he observed repeatedly was not a lack of technical skill, but something harder to name: the internal hesitation that appears exactly when stepping forward matters most. Alongside his corporate role, he co-founded Gap No More, an initiative focused on the invisible barriers that shape careers and leadership journeys. His talks bring together real engineering situations, self-awareness, and a touch of humor making uncomfortable but familiar patterns visible for those working in tech.
