As Power Platform solutions evolve beyond simple business apps into enterprise-scale platforms integrating AI, automation, and multiple backend systems, organizations increasingly require ALM practices that extend beyond standard deployment tooling. This session presents a scalable Azure DevOps YAML pipeline framework designed for enterprise-grade Power Platform delivery. Rather than focusing solely on Dataverse deployments, the approach supports complex multi-workload solutions including SQL Server, SharePoint, cross-tenant architectures, and AI-enabled Power Platform components. Built around platform engineering and DevSecOps principles, the framework incorporates service principals, Azure Key Vault, least-privilege access controls, automated quality gates, deployment observability, and rollback strategies. A centralized mono-repository template architecture enables consistent, version-controlled deployment standards across distributed project teams while preserving repository independence. Through real-world implementation examples, attendees will learn how to: standardize ALM across enterprise Power Platform projects, automate validation, testing, and release governance, support both internal enterprise and ISV delivery models and prepare ALM processes for modern AI-enabled solutions including Copilot Studio and agent-based architectures. The session demonstrates how mature DevOps practices can transform Power Platform delivery into a secure, scalable, and operationally resilient engineering discipline.
